  For New Students 

Documents Required For Registration

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Residency:
  • Lease or Mortgage agreement
  • Water, Gas, or Electricity Bill
  • MUST SHOW PARENT/GUARDIAN NAME
• Copy of Report Card from Previous School

 

Child must be 4 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year to qualify for Pre-Kindergarten.

 

Child must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year to qualify for Kindergarten.
